Business Association
This group is presently being formed and will be launched at a Business Dinner soon.
It will predominately be composed of South Indian Business and Professional people.
The South Indian Business Association (SIBA) will provide an opportunity for Business people to network with each other, and to explore new opportunities. It will hopefully provide a forum to express views and ideas.
The Sangam sees this organisation as a way of giving recognition to South Indian Business and Professional people who have been successful in their respective fields. Members of the SIBA will be looked at as business role models and advisors for the community.
Also, it is hoped that a Business Mentor programme will be setup to help new and prospective business people. Experienced business men and women will provide advice and assistance to members who are considering business as an option.
It is envisaged that the business community will provide the backbone of the Sangam's future funding needs.
The Sangam will also benefit from the experience and abilities of it's Business and Professional members.
